Muscle Pump is a choreographed total body workout and the perfect combination of both weights and cardio! This class includes 10 tracks, with 1 track designated for each body part. At the end of each class, you will have completed approximately 800 reps. Come lift some weights with us, while keeping your heart rate up and burning tons of calories!
Spinning classes are done with various light and music settings to create an energized atmosphere for an intense 30 minute or 1 hour work out.
Certified Instructors guide participants through workout phases. Warm-up, steady up-tempo paces, sprints, climbs, cool-downs, etc. You control resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or difficult as you choose. Constant adjustment is normal. All you'll need is workout clothes, a towel (because you WILL sweat) and a water bottle.
Spinning bikes have toe clips so you can wear tennis shoes, but many pedals also work with Shimano-style SPD cleats.
