Spinning classes are done with various light and music settings to create an energized atmosphere for an intense 30 minute or 1 hour work out.

Certified Instructors guide participants through workout phases. Warm-up, steady up-tempo paces, sprints, climbs, cool-downs, etc. You control resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or difficult as you choose. Constant adjustment is normal. All you'll need is workout clothes, a towel (because you WILL sweat) and a water bottle.

Spinning bikes have toe clips so you can wear tennis shoes, but many pedals also work with Shimano-style SPD cleats.

Muscle Confusion

​Muscle Confusion is a mixed resistance and cardio workout training. Focusing on low weight loads and high repetition movements, you'll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning.


 Everyone can practice yoga. Regardless of age, experience, or level of flexibility – we can all benefit from yoga if we maintain “mental flexibility”…patience.


Yoga can be as much or as little as you want it to be.  Whatever your reason for practicing, or your level of experience – we welcome you to Yoga.


Fitness Fusion

Fitness Fusion is the perfect class for those who get bored easily.  The one hour class routine is different every time.  We mix up various types of exercises from resistance bands, weights, cardio, body weight movements, circuit training, HIIT training, and anything else you can possibly think of! It's always challenging because it's always changing.


Bang is a one of a kind workout using drumsticks, stability balls, and body weight set to the beat of constantly changing tracks. Bang will have you rocking out and having so much fun you won't know what hit you! It's easy to follow along and get into the music during this 1 hour class.
