Classes I teach
A Total Body Workout This class uses weight training to target every major muscle group. Building muscle in a groups setting with weights and cardio.
A great cardio workout on a stationary bike that accommodates all fitness levels. Rider go at their own pace and control their own resistance on the bike. It's a party on a bike!

Class for everyone to achieve a safe stretch and adequate flexibility to start your day refreshed and ready to meet the days challenges.
